Prendergast Earthmoving & Civil Construction was contracted by a private client to complete a sub-division at 30A Metcalfe Drive, Romsey.

The sub-division included the construction of 9 individual lots and the construction of 2 new roads.

Civil construction works included a 9 lot sub-division, excavation for roadway, drainage, storm-water & utilities installation, preparation of sub grade, bituminous surfacing, footpath and curb construction, aswell as all aspects of sub-division landscaping including top-soil spreading, nature strip and lawn establishment.
