Prendergast Earthmoving and Civil Construction was engaged by a private client to complete a 7 lot sub-division in Brooke St, Woodend.

The sub-division included, earthmoving and site and road preparation, curb construction, drainage, sewer and utilities including; electrical, telstra and Western Water.
